Become an HOA Member

By becoming a member of the HOA you are helping to ensure that the board has the funding necessary to keep this community looking great, our security cameras and systems operating, and the pool and tennis courts clean and open for member use. We would also like to be able to take on projects that enhance the community like replacing the entrance signs and updating the landscaping. Without community participation in the HOA, the funding does not exist to take on such projects.

Paid Annual HOA Membership Options

$260 – HOA Membership

Support the community by becoming an HOA Member. Your dues will support the continued upkeep and maintenance of the community. Becoming a member allows us to maintain the security cameras at each entrance, maintain landscaping, and make repairs and upgrades to the community facilities.

$460 – HOA Membership w/Pool

With the HOA Membership w/Pool option, you will not only be supporting the community you will get access to the newly resurfaced Tennis Courts year-round, but you and your guests will have access to our Community Poll from Spring until Fall.

$475 – Non-Resident Pool Membership
With your Non-Resident Pool Membership, you and your guests will enjoy access to the newly resurfaced Tennis Courts year-round, but you and your guests will have access to our Community Pool from Spring until Fall. This option requires a Brookstone HOA member sponsorship.
